Consultation
We meet you at your home and agree a cleaning schedule
• Arrive at a convenient time for you (inc. evenings and weekends)
• Introduce you to your cleaner
• Walk through your home with you
• Create a checklist of your preferences
• You decide the time and day you want your home cleaned
Initial Clean
This thorough clean will bring your home up to date.
• We ask for feedback the following day to ensure satisfaction
• We then continue as agreed or replace the cleaner
Checks
Work is checked regularly by the supervisor or the manager, to ensure that high standards are met.
Every 6 months a deeper clean will take place to tackle those more delicate or difficult appliances or high to reach places.
Guarantee
We guarantee that our work will be to the highest standard and if you are not satisfied we will do it again for FREE.
Insurance
We are fully insured; if you would like to see a copy of our insurance policy we can arrange this for you.
Payment
We accept Cash, Cheque or Standing Order.
We are happy to suspend the service when you are on holiday.
