Owner
Meet Tara, the visionary CEO and Founder of Caring Cleaning. In November 2023, Tara launched the company on a simple, powerful promise: delivering excellent service with genuine care to enrich the community.
Raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, and later graduating from Lincoln High School in Wisconsin Rapids, Tara transformed a childhood of struggle into a life of empathy and an unstoppable work ethic. Today, she channels that relentless drive into leading a team of dozens of cleaning professionals, serving an ever-growing portfolio of residential and commercial clients.
Beyond the boardroom, Tara is a single mother of six incredible children who fuel her mission to invest in the next generation. She is also a published artist and a Spanish-speaking humanitarian who has led mission trips to Mexico and Honduras. Tara's unwavering faith in God and His blessings on our business are the foundation of our success.
Gabby Leonhard
Operations Executive
Originally from Marshfield, WI, Gabby joined the Caring Cleaning team in 2025 and currently serves as Operations Executive. Throughout her time with the company, she has held several roles including Cleaning Team Member, Training Leader, Office Administrator, and Personal Assistant.
Gabby helps manage client communication, booking coordination, and scheduling to ensure each client has a smooth and organized experience from the very beginning. One of her biggest strengths is her creativity, which she brings into both marketing efforts and the thoughtful details that our clients love. Outside of work, she is a proud Harley owner and enjoys spending time with her fur babies. We're happy to have her on the team!
Jeff Eplett
AR/AP, Sales
Jeff is originally from New London, Wisconsin. He has been with the company since February of 2026. Jeff brings happy, joke-filled attitude to the workplace while also bringing his work ethic to the table. He was a student at University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point as well as Mid-State technical college. Jeff’s free time is filled up with fishing, and anything outdoors. He has been a big addition to our team in terms of his knowledge of raising cash flow and we’re happy to have him here!
